Types and Designs
Here at Kenworthy Signs and Monuments there are three main types of grave markers. Upright, slant, and grasser are currently the most popular grave markers, however there are many different types and styles we can create upon your request.
The upright type is characterized by the 90 degree angle at which the stone is placed on its base. All uprights come with a base.
The slant type of grave marker is characterized by the slight in grade of the upright stone. Slant types do not come with a base unless specified.
The grasser type of grave marker is characterized by the way it sits flat on the ground. It can also be poured at a slant if specified.
There is also the option of having a custom stone. Which gives you the flexibility of making the stone unique and your own.
All designing is done at a computer, with full interaction with the designer. This means you see your design every step of the way, and can change things to your desired design. If you are not able to come to our office, we will be glad to send you a design over e-mail so you can have full input on the layout of your stone.
